- Possess an understanding of the impact of AI in the workplace and how it influences business operations. This ensures they can assess the nominee’s ability to effectively leverage AI technologies to enhance their work performance and contribute to business growth.
- Possess a strong grasp of business concepts and strategies, allowing you to recognize how AI/tech integration can lead to improved efficiency, cost savings, revenue growth, and enhanced customer experiences.
- Can demonstrate an unbiased and fair approach while evaluating nominees, ensuring you assess AI/tech utilization without any preconceived biases.
- Can uphold the highest standards of integrity and ensure the confidentiality of the evaluation process and nominee information.
