Updates and Key Changes
By the course of the awards process, the organizing committee has made a few changes to ensure that the awards ceremony meets the expectations of the nominees, sponsors, partners, and key stakeholders of the event. Due to this, the following changes have taken place:
- Nominee Submission Process – This was closed on the 4th of June and currently undergoing nominee selection by the judging panel.
- Nominee Judging by a Panel – Through a vigorous, unbiased, and objective process, the judges will take this time to carefully consider which nominee deserves to take the coveted award home. Judging will officially begin from the 5th of May to the 13th of June 2021.
- Public Voting – This process has been moved right before the week of the event, to give the public sufficient time to vote who they think their ‘Employee of the year’ rightfully deserves to be. Voting will be open to the public beginning 4th July 2021.
- Awards Ceremony – The ‘Employee of the Year Awards’ ceremony will take place on the 16th of July 2021.
